Located in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, in the heart of the Carré Rive Gauche, 1831 Art Gallery is a meeting place for collectors, artists, and professionals in architecture and design. It is a distinctive gallery, founded in 2014 by Jean-Louis Herlédan and directed by Benedetta Battocchio. It is a space where the arts engage in dialogue. A taste for decorative arts, modernist architecture, and an ethnic touch inspire the curation of 1831 Art Gallery. The gallery organizes thematic exhibitions showcasing contemporary artists from around the world. It is deeply committed to promoting the French art scene internationally and collaborates with numerous partner galleries, institutions, and foundations.
