Galerie Olivier Waltman
Since 2006, Galerie Olivier Waltman has supported a selection of international contemporary artists whose practices span painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, digital art, and installation. The gallery maintains a balance between emerging and established artists, focusing on the singularity of each approach, the quality of dialogue between artworks, and the exchanges between disciplines, territories, and generations.
Its mission is to broaden the visibility of contemporary creation. The gallery organizes exhibitions in its Marais space while also developing numerous off-site projects: artist residencies in Miami, collaborations with cultural institutions, and interventions in heritage sites. These initiatives offer artists new opportunities to engage with the public, create site-specific works, and expand their reach.
The gallery aims to build lasting relationships among artists, collectors, institutions, and the public by multiplying opportunities for exchange around contemporary art. It is active on the international scene through its participation in art fairs, extensive editorial production (catalogues, monographs), and recognized professional commitment. Olivier Waltman is a member of the Comité Professionnel des Galeries d’Art, serves on the committee of Paris Gallery Weekend, and sits on the Board of the Friends of the Maison Européenne de la Photographie (M.E.P.).
