Recognized expert in the ancient arts of Africa and Oceania for more than 15 years, Charles-Wesley Hourdé is based in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. He has collaborated with the most prestigious auction houses, published several press articles, and edited two academic books.
He participates in several international events, while regularly organising major exhibitions at the gallery accompanied by catalogues. Since 2016, he has also devoted himself to consulting and managing private collections.
His interest in the African contemporary art scenes led him to found with Clémence Houdart in 2019 a second gallery called 31 PROJECT.
