Galerie La Ferronnerie
Galerie La Ferronnerie was established at 40, rue de la Folie-Méricourt, Paris 11e, in 1991.
Brigitte Négrier – director of the gallery – has favored collaboration with young artists, whom the gallery accompanies in the development of their careers in France and abroad.
She has organized exhibitions outside the gallery walls (Uccle, Belgium, or Erlenbach-Zurich, Switzerland) and participated in numerous fairs, notably in the Netherlands, Switzerland (Zurich) and Germany (Art Forum Berlin).
Many of the artists represented by the gallery have exhibited for the first time. Galerie la Ferronnerie presents European and some South American artists, practicing photography, video, painting, drawing, installations.
Brigitte Négrier also has a curatorial activity, for example on the occasion of the reopening of the Finnish Institute in Paris, in October 2013.
